Refunds

Last updated 8 September 2026

Credit never expires

Credit you have bought stays on your account until you spend it. There is no expiry date and no dormancy fee. If you come back to a drawer of pages in three years, your credit is where you left it.

Unused credit

If you would like your unused credit back, we refund it to the card you paid with, less the card-processing fee the payment provider charged us on the original payment. That fee is not returned to us when we refund a payment, so we cannot return it to you. It depends on the card and where it was issued, and we tell you the exact amount before we refund anything.

We act on a refund within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer than that to show it on your statement.

Readings you have already had

Credit spent on a completed reading is not refundable — the reading was performed and the machine time behind it was paid for. Every reading shows its own price as it finishes, so nothing should ever arrive as a surprise.

Stopped and failed readings

  • A reading you stop is charged only for what was actually used up to the moment you stopped it.
  • A reading that fails before it produces anything is not charged at all.

How to ask

Email info@wisgen.ai from the address on the account and tell us the amount you want back. We will confirm your balance and the processing fee, and then refund it. We do not ask for a reason.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we sold you is faulty or is not as we described it, those rights apply whatever this page says.

Before you charge it back

If something is wrong with a payment, write to us first — we would rather fix it in a day than argue with a bank for a month. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank works through it, which helps neither of us.

The full terms are on the Terms of Service page, and what we do with your data is on the Privacy Policy page.
